He showed me the one Polaroid camera they carried and he said « it has been sitting here for the last 3 years. I tried to load the Polaroid website for him on my cell phone to show him that the company is still around, but there is no data reception in this London Drugs.

I visited the location to replace some printer cartridges and learned very quickly that their electronics department has a huge variety of products and deals. I am not a huge fan of the layout of the stores as it is usually congested when you first walk in due to the placement of the cash registers but staff competence and variety in the inventory make up for any shortcomings.

This is the worst store in terms of customer service. After visiting at 4 other LD stores, I finally found a product that I was looking for, by calling to this store.
However, this store guy coldly rejected to hold the product only for 3 hours for my picking up, although they had 12 in stock. The other London Drugs stores are kind enough to hold a product even for one day. Why only this store offers such an inflexible and unkind service??? Steph W.
