I left the place after i was done with my year of volunteering. A very busy place to work with lots of patients in the ER. The fast pace helped me to become better organized in my daily routine. Management was good. Work place was a little political between workers.

Pros Fast paced made the days seem to go by very quickly. Cons Too much politics. I loved working with the public assisting the patients. I checked in out-patients for their scheduled appointments. It was faced pace. No over time. Attendance is important. I really enjoyed working at San Antonio Hospital. The staff there is great and makes enduring the harsh realities of the ER much easier to cope with every day. Working at any hospital, you witness some truly tragic moments in others lives, but the hospital does such a great job at caring and comforting not only their patients, but their employees alike.
