We are aware of some wait time occurrences at this location. We consistently monitor the wait times at all DriveTest Centres to identify opportunities for improvement in order to minimize wait times and enhance the customer's experience. On the day of your visit to the London DTC we had experienced an unscheduled staff shortage. With customer service being a top priority, DriveTest is making enhancements to improve system processes and is working with the Ministry of Transportation on further process improvements.
To reduce wait times, DriveTest has extended hours including hours on Saturdays, hired additional staff during peak times; and with feedback from our customers, improvements to the booking process that customers go through at the centres have been made with additional plans to offer self-service systems. Our goal is to minimize the wait time and make the customer experience a pleasant one. Wait times vary based on seasonal changes in demand, IT outages and unscheduled staff shortages.
