They knew a change was coming due to future patent expirations and started preparing to switch from a cardiovascular company to a Oncology company. So much for loyalty!

Pros Work from home and pleasant atmosphere. Cons Management. The work they do is noble and the actual scientists are committed and dedicated to helping patients and making the world a better place.
Management however, could not care less about the actual workers. They are only focused on money. They don't get rid of horrible people who should be fired, but they do get rid of people who question the lacking ethics and the bad employees. They make promises to employees and don't deliver and they will stand in the way of career advancements and don't encourage employees to continue their education or advancement.
On paper they appear wonderful. Reality is something entirely different. Typical day spent promoting products to physicians offices. I learned alot, management was good but changed often. The job is enjoyable as you have autonomy for your territory. There is 0 remote work possibilities because it's frowned upon. If you are contemplating this company and are wondering about flexibility, look elsewhere. The company is making huge strides for the Oncology community, yet they have made no strides to retain talent.

In the last few months, there have been significant hiring of candidates at the senior level who likely believe they will get to sit behind a desk and delegate the work and not have to do any actual work. Did they seriously expect to sit on a throne like the Queen Elizabeth. Pros Depends on department. Senior level being hired with ZERO experience!!!!!
