We had a pm reservation that didn't leave till AM. We got home Monday morning at 4 am. Normally it wouldn't be "terrible" but my son was starting a new position that Monday. I learned my lesson, don't book the last flight out. I just don't understand why they didn't get new equipment and a new crew sooner. As it was they had to fly in a different plane in and flew up a crew from Ft.

Lauderdale who flew us home to Ft. I'm still not sure what caused this problem. Pros: "My first time on Jet Blue and I was impressed. Clean comfortable seats with their own entertainment screens for only a two hour flight. After my nightmare with Air China this felt like heaven. Cons: "The flight was delayed three hours due to mechanical issues. But better safe than dead. Pros: "Crew". Cons: "More arm space and leg room for cabin". Pros: "The entertainment". Cons: "The boarding". Pros: "The crew.

Cons: "Nothing was mediocre about the crew or delta. Pros: "The crew did a good job in announcing the arrival of the flight and where we are at and how far we are flying overall did an excellent job".

Cons: "If they had orange juice lol". Pros: "The crew was amazing". Pros: "Excellent crew. Cons: "Gate agents were a little snippy. Pros: "The crew was helpful". I had to stay the night in Mexico City because it was the last flight leaving that night, and I had to purchase a new flight to Puerto Escondido.

Pros: "Smooth onboarding. By rows. Love that! Very professional and kind staff, ground and air crew! Delta is terrific! Pros: "Friendly crew". Pros: "Crew was great! Cons: "Airline was operated by Delta Air. COVID precautions with distancing on board were not followed. Flight was overcrowded- hardly any empty seats between passengers. Pros: "crew was exceptionally kind and helpful. I felt they really cleaned up, sanitized, even participated sanitary clothes and hand sanitizer to everyone. Cons: "Nothing, perfect. Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly like I did during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible.

They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets.

Pros: "There was plenty of space, good entertainment, it boarded fast, took off on time, and had zero issues. Pros: "Felt safe and sanitary". Pros: "Arrived in PDX minutes early. Cons: "Social distancing on the seats". Stuck at airport now because of Deltas laziness". Cons: "You shouldn't schedule a flight for a plane that is due to have scheduled maintenance. It's not like this should come as a surprise to you.

Also, there was at least one over-served passenger on board who became loud and obnoxious, shouting obscenities. Pros: "The crew was great and the seat was good". But all in all it was a good flight. Pros: "Was upgraded to Comfort Plus after they had no seat for me on the plane". Cons: "We booked with Virgin however flew with Delta and we were not alerted to this. We booked with Virgin for a reason. They also did not have seats for me when I went to check in on both flights and I had to negotiate seats before boarding. Very disappointing.

Cons: " As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it.

He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information. Great job! Impressed by Delta service. Cons: "Traveling is always a challenge - abundance of patience required! One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding yes we did it Hangover style : Thank you Delta!

Cons: "My only complaint was that the flight was delayed out of LAX by about 30 minutes due to the flight in-bound being delayed. However, the captain made up most of this time in the air so it ended up being a non-issue. Pros: "Boarding was on time and the process was efficient. The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight.

When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky. Pros: "Food was ok. Pros: "Had to cross terminals and the pathway was closed due to an international flight landing poor planning on LAX part so had to exit and reenter terminal through TSA.

Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time. Pros: "Everything was great". Cons: "Customer service". Pros: "The flight was on time. The aircraft was older and for a 6 hour flight, they really should use a bigger and newer aircraft.

The entertainment systems on the back of the seat worked sporadically and the PA system was too loud and every time the PA system was used while we had our headsets on, it was excruciating We had no warning in order to remove our headsets before it blasted into our ears. We were amazed that after paying a considerable sum for our tickets and being in the air for 6 hours, there was limited meal service and we were required to purchase a sandwich in order to eat.

I fly Delta frequently and this was by far the worse flight I can remember. Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight.

My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg.

It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full.

I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked.

As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok. Pros: "Crew was very good and nice on the flight". Cons: "Flight terminal was changed about 30 to 45 minutes before boarding Flight was delayed due to AC problem Configuration of the plane was terrible.

Little leg room but the windows did not align with the seats so a window was shared with two rows making it challenging to open or close a window without disturbing the passenger in the other row with whom the window is being shared. No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta. I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Every seat in both of my flights was completely filled, meaning that we were squished up next to everyone despite any efforts to stay 6ft away from each other in the airports.

Cons: "Comfort level of plane. Pros: "Free entertainment". Cons: "If it departed on time. I missed 2 connecting flights and had to catch the last one out for the day.

Pros: "I specifically flew today to catch their Boeing while it's on its test flights. New plane, obviously clean and great entertainment in seatback. Cons: "Delayed multiple tomes". Pros: "Plane was on time, good service, main cabin extra is nice with my knees". Pros: "Service". Cons: "I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other.

There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal.

We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well. Pros: "The inflight entertainment. They had a touch screen with a great selection of movies, music, and TV shows to kill the time with. Pros: "Better-than-expected legroom and comfort.

Plane was clean, well kept. Much newer aircraft, so the enhanced entertainment features were great! Cons: "Poor boarding experience due to long line and plane capacity. Felt bombarded by American Airlines marketing schemes for their airline credit card.

Pros: "The flights were on time and the staff was very friendly. Pros: "I arrived in Sydney the day I was supposed to.

Everything else was a let down and was not what I paid for. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to.

United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney. Pros: "Delayed and no AC working Pros: "Great service great entertainment to make long flight bearable".

Cons: "I was on a flight to Dallas on an American Airline flight which arrived late due to weather conditions, and the connecting flight didn't even wait for me although they know why I couldn't make it on time. And I was only late for about 5 minutes. Comfortable seat. Courteous crew. Easy transfer. Pros: "On time flight, as comfortable as can be hoped for.

Cons: "Non-economy plus seats are too small. Boarding frequently complicated by passengers who create issues with overhead space and carry ons. Cons: "We were not permitted to board the plane until later than expected, but were told we would still take off right away and regain lost time, no mention of a delay at last call or immediately after, despite the 20 minute delay by this point.

This was a bold faced lie. It was finally pm before we even took off from SFO. While idling, the cabin started to reek of jet fuel, and people started coughing and sneezing. Upon landing at LAX at pm, we were told that there was no gate for us, and that we would have to wait for an amount of time that kept changing every time there was an announcement. The toxic jet fumes started to permeate the cabin again, and people started coughing and sneezing in response.

Ultimately it is pm by the time we reached our gate. Finally we managed to escape at pm. Pros: "Flight left late, due to mechanical problems, but managed to arrive only a few minutes late". Cons: "That I was rebooked and lied to at first as to why, and when getting another ticket the the ticket agent said the flight was rebook because "the crew didn't want to come to work". Not cool, I didn't react I simply got my ticket and just wemtnonw but there was no apology like they didn't care what I missed having to be rebooked I also wasn't given any sort of military discount no seats no baggage. Other airlines I've flown the past months always do something for military.

Pros: "Landing at destination". Cons: "Plane, food,seat, entertainment and missing flight crew". Pros: "The entire fly, connections, food and both crews excelente. Flight on time. I don't really like flight attendants on AA flights. Not polite. I only fly just because it was available I".

Internet connection is horrendous. Will avoid flying American going forward at all costs. No flight no communication". So we threw away some liquids and dispersed some closed into carryons. Really stupid. Seats super small uncomfortable always have their hand out for payment for everything. Not eager to fly frontier ever again. These happen to be about at row 4 so when the plane landed I had to wait to get to my bag and get off it was frustrating".

I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline all Frontier flights the next day were sold out. When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas my destination or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver.

The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at am. Pros: "Everything well". Pros: "2. Cons: "Kayak screwed up the dates and had me leaving Denver at the same time I was leaving Dallas on the same day. Pros: "That we finally made it to our destination. Cons: "8 hour delay.

Very poor communication the entire time. Made us sit in plane for another hour of mechanical issues and never updated us why- this was after sitting for 7 hours in the airport! Pros: "the beginning price - maybe? Cons: "I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours.

I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time.

Other airlines will try to book you on the next available flight thru another airline. Frontier told me the next available was 24hrs later, same time the next day. I was supposed to be back at work the next day. Pros: "I like that the seats are thinner without a lot of padding. It gives more leg room. I like that my knees aren't hitting that seat in front of me. That crew was very nice. Cons: "I don't like having to pay extra for my luggage. One bag should always be free and extra bags should be paid for.

Paying for water is bad too. Water is cheap. People would buy a snack if they get free water. The fold down tray is also too small. Pros: "There were quiet babies on the flight. Cons: "It took longer than usual to board and the staff kept going back and forth about going through the safety proceedures. Pros: "Nice staff and crew. Cons: "On Frontier chairs don't go back. You have to pay for carry on not including a purse or backpack and check bags. That's just straight up wrong.

Pros: "The no-frills cheap pricing. Cons: "We had about a 3 hour delay with no explanation. The tickets told us to be there for boarding at the normal time though, so we were essentially threatened with missing the flight and had to hang out in the airport for several hours. The seats don't lie back at all, and the airline is very basic. Then again, you get what you pay for and we were expecting that. Cons: "I paid for seat selection to have 2 seats by ourselves but Frontier changed the type of plane and it changed the seats to an aisle and a middle seat, exactly what I was trying to avoid.

The flight attendant said I would have to talk to the gate agent but we had already boarded so of course that was impossible. Pros: "Price, a non-stop route at a good times, friendly attendants and pilot. Cons: "Paying extra for many things that are typically included water, almost all seats, carry-ons , seats didn't recline and weren't comfortable if flight is long, no magazine to read. Overall, a completely horrible experience. Never again. Pros: "I was transported safely from point A to B.

That's about it. Cons: "Check-in was atrocious as we watched the clerks migrate from one crisis to the next, and no TSA pre-check. You would think a one-way would be simple, but no. An hour at the departure terminal, delayed in-air, then sitting on the taxiway for an hour and a half at the destination, followed by more waiting at the gate. The pilot's excuses didn't help any, clearly trying to avoid an onboard riot for a flight in which we waited longer on the ground than we flew in the air.

We checked the board afterward to see if any other airlines' flights were delayed--nope, only Frontier, every one. It's clear what happens. They pay the least possible expense for airport services, and are then the lowest priority at every stage of operations, resulting in delays at every phase of flight.

The most frustrating flight I've ever had that didn't include actual incompetence or bad weather. Pros: "had to wait over an hour for my bag to arrive at baggage claim. Horrible since it's cheaper to check than carry on.

Can't depend on prompt service DFW. Pros: "The price and the actual flight was quick and the attendants were nice. Cons: "Stephen Lucero discriminated against us at the gate. We were the only two people out of everyone boarding flight F9 to be pulled aside and asked to pay for a personal item that fit the size restrictions of the metal bag sizer outside the gate. We waited patiently but with frustration for an explanation and he could not offer one.

When we asked what the problem was with us he threatened to not allow us to board whether or not we paid the bag fee. He did not take care of our unjust bag payment until which was after the doors of the plane were to be closed. Aside from him being rude which is a major understatement paying for the bag wouldnt not have been an issue and it would have been justified had we not just flew into Denver two days before with the exact same bags.

I was both embarrassed and humiliated and out of money for no reason. Pros: "Nice crew". Cons: "Paying for snacks, delays". Pros: "I was stuck in the Dallas airport for 15 hours. The plane was broken waited on s part and was delayed and finally canceled.
